No. One request in, one zip out. There is no database, no bucket and no account, so there is nothing to delete afterwards.
Every store size is a downscale of that one file. Smaller sources upscale badly and a rectangle would have to be cropped — a decision the generator should not make for you.
Yes. Contents.json is generated from the same table as the pixels, so dragging AppIcon.appiconset into your asset catalog is the whole install.
