Terms of Service

Glyphus (glyphus.dev) is an independent, individually-operated project. Using the site or its API means you agree to the terms below.

The service

Glyphus generates app icon assets (iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, and Android sizes) from a single source image you provide, over the web app, an MCP server, and a CLI. It is provided free of charge, with no account required, and no guarantee of uptime or availability. Icon generation is deterministic — a fixed size table, not a generative model — so the same input always produces the same output.

Your content

You retain all rights to any image you upload. Glyphus does not claim ownership over it, does not store it beyond the lifetime of your request, and does not use it for any purpose other than producing the zip file returned to you. You are responsible for having the rights to any image you submit.

Acceptable use

Don't use Glyphus to process content you don't have the rights to, to abuse the service with automated load intended to disrupt it, or to violate any applicable law. Requests may be rate-limited or blocked at our discretion to keep the service usable for everyone.

The waitlist

Joining the screenshots-app waitlist is not a purchase, a pre-order, or a commitment of any kind on either side — it's a request to be notified when that product ships. See the Privacy Policy for what's stored.

Tips

The optional tip (“Buy me a coffee”) is a voluntary payment processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as Merchant of Record. It does not purchase a product, a subscription, or any entitlement — it's a direct show of support for the project. See the Refund Policy for how refund requests are handled.

No warranty

Glyphus is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. Output files are generated programmatically and should be checked before shipping them in your own app — we're not liable for any issue arising from their use.

Changes
